Will BeagleMetrics slow down my store?
No. Tracking runs on your server after the order is placed, not in your visitor's browser. Nothing is added to your page load, and it won't fight your caching plugin.
Do I have to remove my current pixel?
No. BeagleMetrics runs alongside your existing setup - we don't replace or modify it. Keep both running for as long as you like.
Won't I get double-counted conversions?
No. Every event we send carries a unique event ID, which Meta and Google use to recognise it as the same order your browser pixel already reported. Duplicates are discarded on their end, so your reporting stays clean from day one.
Do I need a developer?
No. Install the plugin, connect your Meta and Google Ads accounts, and choose which events to send. If you'd rather not touch it at all, our WooCommerce team will do the whole setup for you at no cost.
Will it work with my theme and my hosting?
Almost certainly. We test on WordPress with PHP 7.4 and above, and the plugin is theme-independent - it hooks into WooCommerce, not into your template. If something doesn't line up with your theme or a custom checkout, tell us and we'll adapt it for you.
Which platforms do you support?
Meta and Google Ads. That's it, on purpose - those are the two that move your revenue, and tracking them properly is a full-time job.
What data do you send to Meta and Google?
Order value, currency, products, and the customer details they use to match a sale to an ad click - email, phone and address, hashed before they leave your server. Never in plain text.
Is this GDPR-compliant?
Yes. We work with the data your customer already gave you at checkout - hashed before it ever leaves your server, never in plain text.
Will I see data from before I installed it?
No. Tracking starts the moment you connect your accounts, so the sooner you install, the sooner your ad platforms start learning from complete data.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Yes - but you won't be charged for 30 days, and we'll remind you twice before that happens. Cancel any time from your account.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your 30-day trial runs in full, and we email you a reminder 7 days before your first charge, and again 1 day before - so nothing takes you by surprise. Full pricing is on our pricing page.
What if I uninstall?
Your original setup stays exactly as it was. We never modify your existing pixel or tags, so removing the plugin leaves your store exactly as it was before.
